Scran Bistro has two seating areas, which is a nice touch, and the staff were very welcoming and kind throughout. The menu has a good selection, and the décor is really cool — especially the bottles and whiskey boxes, which give the place a unique feel. I also thought it was lovely that they give children colouring papers and hang up their drawings. The coffee was really good, and the BBQ wrap was decent, although nothing special. The Scran Stack wasn’t fully for me — the avocado tasted far too zesty and sour, so I left the bread with the avocado spread and just ate the rest. Overall, a nice

I had a really wonderful lunch here today with my niece and was very impressed with everything about the experience. The staff were sooo friendly and couldn't do enough for you. I had a veggie stack and added bacon on the side and it was very tasty and my iced vanilla latte was also delicious. My niece had the banana biscoff pancakes and loved them. I always avoided coming here because I thought it was a bit of a tourist trap but actually it's really good food and great customer service.

I feel like I have an obligation to write a review because the breakfast was that good. I ordered the veggie stack and I would recommend it was delicious. The coffee was also really good! Would definitely recommend if you’re in Edinburgh.
