If you're interested in football in general and the local team Heart Of Midlothian FC in particular then this is a great bar. Plenty of TVs dotted about and the drinks are a lot cheaper than some of the ones you get in the city centre. Genuinely good staff who always give you a warm welcome and a great bunch of customers who get a bit loud and rowdy when the football is on but that's what football is about. My only disappointment about the bar was when I turned up on Saturday morning at 11am to watch the title decider at 12.30. No one was allowed entry and hadn't been for almost a couple of h

Have been here a few times and had no bother at all (two young women not from the area) always been treated with respect. It may look a bit rough and ready but felt welcome and relaxed inside. Recommend!
