I usually enjoy coming to this Burger King and have been a regular customer for a long time. The restaurant is generally clean, and the food is usually good. However, on my last visit I was disappointed by what I saw while watching the food being prepared. Since the kitchen area is now visible to customers, I noticed one member of staff handling all the food orders. I watched him handle bacon and other meat products and then continue preparing other items, including vegetarian orders, without any obvious hand washing in between. My wife is vegetarian, so this was quite concerning. I apprecia

Order wagyu burger and double chicken royal burger with cheesy chips. Half way eating through the royale burger i realise the wagyu burger wasn't there(incomplete order) which was the main reason I did the order, royale burger was good however loaded cheesy chips were not tasteful at all and sort of really dry. Uber eats just decided to refund for wagyu burger and all I wanted was to eat it last night. Not really a good or even satisfactory experience hence one star. Would be cautious or give store a call to check all order in there otherwise.

Service was quick and efficient, but probably because I was the only customer in there. As for the food, never again. I ordered hamburger and it was the most tasteless burger I had in my life. The bun was so old that it was hard to chew and it would get stuck to the top of my mouth. It was just disgusting. I haven't been to a BK in the UK in a few years and always wondered why do I see less and less branches. My experience today explains it. Never again.

Can not believe the way staff treat customers with a disability. It is absolutely abysmal, I have a walking frame asked for table service and got made to go and collect my order. My friend has a assistance dog they tried refusing entry which is unlawful, and then made my friend go and collect her order also. I think staff need re training it down right dreadful will absolutely not be coming back to this Burger King.
