Not been here for maybe 5 years. Looks like a totally different place now. Really nicely decorated and feels way more spacious than I remember. Great value menu with very good portion sizes. I had the healthy breakfast and at only £9 was very reasonable. Everyone I was with enjoyed their food. It's cash only so beautiful aware of this before going. The co-op 3 doors up does have a cash machine tho. Will definitely be back

The food itself wasn’t bad, but unfortunately the customer service completely ruined the experience. There was a woman who appeared to be either the manager or owner, and her behaviour was shocking. She was openly shouting at staff in a very disrespectful way—treating them terribly—and it was loud enough for both the kitchen and customers to hear. It created a really uncomfortable atmosphere and reflected very poorly on the business. To make matters worse, the café is cash-only. If I could give 0 stars for customer service, I would. The staff don’t seem to understand English properly, so it’s always a struggle to get my order across. Every time I come here there are new faces – they change staff so often that nothing feels consistent. Service is slow, confusing, and honestly not worth the hassle. It is too pricey. Blue Café really needs to get its act together.

Went here with family today, I had a breakfast. There was plenty of food served on the plate, which was cooked very well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone as well as returning myself.
