“Friendly staff, well stocked, super quality food and service”

Often, half the menu is not available and the fridge section is empty. The staff, while kind and trying to be helpful, are quite slow and don't seem to have been given good training on service. It usually takes me about 5 minutes to get served when there's maybe one or two people in front of me. It seems like the back of house area is not very well designed/ordered which makes staff's job more difficult and slower. The whole cafe area could do with freshening up as it feels tired and not in line with the standard you expect at waitrose.

Excellent service as usual, the staff are amazing and friendly and the food is always superb. There is ample parking which is free for 2 hours.

Poor service. Operating at as snails pace. No desire to clear the queue. Asked me what was my order was four times.
