Disappointing this being my local supermarket and despite a half decent range of products when they are actually in stock, the customer service is appalling. During a visit today I was attempting to look down one of the aisles, where staff were working on both side of the aisle and despite seeing myself and other customers trying to look at products to buy they continued to obstruct both sides and make no effort to recognise customers difficulty or concern. As if not bad enough I was then forced to back up as another worker came towards me with more stock and made no effort to move, expecting

Are you actually joking me? I order 2 700ml bottles of vodka and you send 2 350ml ones? In what world is that an acceptable substitution? If I order a certain size of something I expect to receive it, I don’t care if it’s a different brand but at least get your thinking cap on and provide me with what I HAVE ORDERED. Nice one Sainsbury’s team! Thanks a lot! What a waste of time and money.

I called in today, Friday 19th June 2026. There were no small trolleys outside the store or near by. They were all at the other side of the car park. Obviously no trolley staff, and I couldn't walk that far. I eventually found a trolley after a wait outside, and off I went with my list of items i wanted, into the store. Once inside the store I noticed two Managers were chatting and laughing by the fresh flower display. Obviously it's below them to check customers can find trolleys, especially disabled like myself. Back to the shopping and bearing in mind it is Friday...the Cider I wanted was

Every time I use Sainsbury's Bentley Bridge Wednesfield I have this dread that it isn't going to be a pleasant experience. Sometimes I can just sail through unimpeded. Most times, I have an issue. Today (12.03.2026) was quite possibly the worst. 1st. bamboo shoots. On the lowest shelf, just above the floor. None visible, so I get on my hands and knees and find 3 tins right at the back. I pick up 1 and bring the remaining 2 to the front, to be visible to other shoppers. Doing a job their staff should do, but don't. 2nd. Two staffed tills operating, queues 6/7 deep so I go to the dreaded self se
