In a competitive market, Palate acb holds a solid place in the top ranks. Food options at the back patio, dog-friendly outdoor seating, friendly staff, and coffee that's worth making this place a daily driver. Latte was creamy smooth with an espresso-forward flavor not hidden by an overtly dark roast, a purist's dream. Dirty Chai with Oatmilk was the best I've had in Bend so far. Spices were warm and welcoming. Both drinks were served at a temp that allowed for immediate drinking, a mark that is difficult to hit and shows they care about the drinking experience from beginning to end. Staff

Jodi & Eric team up well to give one the best cafe experience!! I enjoyed a tiki muffin, brand new & amazing!! Eric has great knowledge Jodi magically made the best maple latte!! Great non dairy choices oat, almond, coconut & the muffin was gluten free, taste sensational. I don’t look for gluten free, this was beyond tasty. I’ll go back when in town again!!!
