Let’s start with the fact nobody at this checkers speaks English. There is a little boy there with a bowl cut and a middle aged women. I made an online order. I get to the front and they don’t have one of my shakes . I said ok you can refund it. Neither one of them knows how, both stated they can’t speak English, both do not know a managers information. Just two people working, hoping that your order isn’t wrong because they literally do not know what to do. Absolutely skip this one especially if you are going up to the walk up window instead of using the drive through. The food I and my party got was not up to the typical Checkers quality. On top of this the service was horrendous. My order came out before the people who ordered before me which is weird. But the rest of my group? We waited and waited. I had finished my food and went back up, they said they forgot what the rest of my group ordered. Then, the additional order I put in came out before theirs which they had ordered at least 20 minutes ago. On top of that their order came out

I orderd 2 double mushroom and swiss burgers and a regular plain hamburger. The 2 mushroom swiss burger were $8.38. The hamburger, she charged me for a cheeseburger and argued with me and said it was plain. Why would a plain hamburger be more than two preimium burgers? I still have the burger to return, it wasn't for me. But I won't be going back, I really used to like this place, but not lately, its been hit or miss. 10.30.25 - I replied to the owners response and never heard back. Needless to say, I can get a burger anywhere, but it won't be here.
