The last few times I have ordered custom cakes for pickup, I am told every time that "the morning crew forgot to decorate it so you need to wait 15-20 minutes", even when I show up after the scheduled pick up time. Will not be ordering again since this location cannot seem to complete orders on time. Additionally, the inside is very dirty and I could not find a clean table to wait at. Very disappointing and gross.

We visited on a Monday evening, so it wasn't very busy. The service was excellent and the ice cream was even better. I got the love it size with a dipped waffle bowl upgrade. Lots of options for ice cream flavors and mix-ins to satisfy anyone's ice cream preferences!

If I could give zero stars and still write my review I would! I ordered through doordash tonight. It was not a huge order so it should have been easy for the employees at the store to just make it. It was even right off the menu. My doordasher arrived and the girl behind the counter said someone else already picked it up. Aka, they just let anyone grab my order. My dasher said no, I have the request right here. Then the girl told my Dasher it was cancelled. As I'm messaging my Dasher saying I never cancelled my order. Doordash support tried calling the store and they would not pick up the phon

We bought an ice cream cake and this is what we got. It’s uneven and there is barely any ice cream on one side. Look how uneven this looks. I believe that they make these cakes in store and the worker has no idea how to make this. Do not buy ice cream cake here! There are barely Oreos in the ice cream too.
