I hate reviews like this, because it's no fault of my server, Sydnee S. There were no workers. I sat down 10 minutes before noon and didn't get my meal until 12:40. That is literally disgusting. It's Veterans Day! They were not prepared at all. I saw so many walk out. It was beyond ridiculous. I now remember why it's been 5 years since my last visit. I'm so sorry that my memory failed me. I hope it doesn't fail me again and hope management sees this. In such a competitive industry with so many restaurants going out of business one would think something like this wouldn't happen. I went there tonight and it was a great experience. We ordered drinks, appetizers, and entrees. I had an espresso martini and the blackberry martini, and my partner had the boomerita. All of the drinks were very good and came out quickly. The appetizers and entrees came out quickly but with the correct spacing for us to enjoy each course separately, which I preferred. The service from Jacob was also very good. Overall the experience was great and we can't wait to go back. I also got a rubber koala duck that will go into my rubber duck collection so the whole experience was a win overall.

The food here is awful! I don't know how this place stays in business. I had the 13oz ribeye and it was mealy and bland. It just tasted like pepper. The lettuce on the cesar salad was wilted. Some of it was so old it was brown.

I haven’t been in outback in forever. But every time I go it gets better. Alejandra that sat us down was a bundle of joy. She ws really sweet and my grandbaby loved her too. She was so help full. She was checking up on us all the time making sure we’re good. She a light of sunshine for your restaurant. Such a beautiful person inside and out. I give her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 20 stars if I could.
