Came to Ticup to enjoy some Boba tea with my family but things had a twist. As i was trying to figure out what to order there was a little stand on the counter with little tea key chains. So my kids being kids took the key chains to check them out and the little one put it in their mouth. So one of the workers said they won't be able to sell the key chains. They made me buy 4. Each one was 5 bucks. I understand if my kids had broken them but it was just in ther mouth.. I wonder how many people touched them before my kids. This was upsetting. I hope this situation didnt happen.

Staff had trouble answering questions about next door and their menu. They switched to a screen to order and that seems impersonal. They still asked for a tip and I fail to see what they did to deserve any form of tip since they didn't even bother to take my order. I walked in and stood around for a minute with staff ignoring me as if I knew their order process changed. I was here 2 months ago and this is new. Shop is dirty and construction plastic is hanging up. It looks like they aren't doing that well. Could be the poor or lacking service and friendliness. I am disappointed. I

Everytime I come in to get my drink in the afternoon normally Mondays or Thursdays I only see one worker working. I have a daughter and she reminds me of her and i feel bad seeing how she goes back and forth as it gets busier and busier as it’s just her on shift. She works pretty fast, has great costumer service and is always smiling. THEY SHOULD PUT MORE PEOPLE ON SCHEDULE! This has been my favorite boba spot since 2018 but seeing how workers are treated makes me not want to come back.
