“Great prices food is beyond delicious”

Got told to pull around for my food. Not clear where. Waited 7 minutes for my sandwich to be wrong. Ordered the strawberries and cream desert only to recieve some kind of Mexican tasting wonton. Do not recommend. New management just as bad as old one

I came through the drive through and ordered less than $10 worth of food. There was one person ahead of me. While ordering I was asked about sauce and I ordered cheese on the side and marinara for my cheese sticks. At the drive through I paid and was told to pull around which is typical when going to rally’s and not a big deal. I waited in the parking space for 20 mins and could see people going through the drive through and getting their food so I finally went back through and asked for my food or if I could get my money back and the employee asked what I ordered and after telling him he said

I love it i take an 5½ hour drive just to get it wish they'd bring em back to Kansas city try the hot wing! " I actually had to correct this" my wife said it seems like two hours to me because she's doing the driving 😂 but yep we're from Gladstone and we take this mini road it's well worth the drive.

Disclaimer - i have been here twice in 2024 and have heard from a coworker that management fixed the issues so this review may be outdated. I been here one time in 2025. Food - both times i went here in 2024 i got food poisoning. The one time i came after my coworkers praise in 2025 the bun on the burger was stale and broke in half. Service - most of the time it is quick but can take some time depending on customer lines, as i only see maybe 2 people working here Atmosphere - nothing to note, just the usual
