Juan Calderon★★Extremely disappointing experience. The staff was rude from the moment I walked in and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. On top of that, the food was wrapped so poorly that it started falling apart before I could even eat it, making a huge mess. Customer service and basic food presentation clearly aren’t priorities here. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you expect respectful service and your order to be prepared properly.
Ashtin Van Gorden★Whenever you mobile order the employees are lazy and make the burritos half the size and 95% rice. It only had maybe half of the ingredients we ordered. Pancheros customer service apparently had nobody that could field our call at 1:30 PM, last time we emailed them and they never got back to us or reimbursed anything. For 13$ each, Pablo’s is a much better option, plus their employees actually care.
Kawsar Ali★I took one bite and then looked down, and there it was…🤢🤮 You need to instruct your employees to wear hair nets because this is not acceptable. I appreciated the nice service, but this experience really upset me; I felt like I wasted my money, and it made my stomach turn.
