Really disappointed with this location. We came into the store this evening, and all three kids working behind the counter were not friendly. The energy in the store felt unwelcoming from the moment we walked in. No one even greeted us — it honestly felt like we were bothering them just by being there. This also wasn’t the first time we’ve experienced this here. The ice cream was already melting by the time we got it, and my cup wasn’t even filled all the way to the top. For how expensive Cold Stone is, the service and quality should be way better than this.
