Would give a half a star if I could I ordered ice cream and got a quart and it ended up being a pint it took them a whole day to figure it out and get back to me and the only thing they could do is refund me 3 dollars so I would be paying the pint price that’s some bs because me and my girlfriend were craving it and where only able to have small bowls definitely will not be going back to this location

We ordered 2 Everybody’s ice-cream, one for us and the other to take to our friends. But both of them were about 2/3rd's in the box and not full, pictures attached. How can you take a less-than-full box for the host!!! It looks like we eat from it and were bringing remaining leftovers... This happened even before, it was for us, still less than what we paid for, but this was embarrassing!! Why do they do that??? Went to Cold Stone on 9/17/22 and worker named Jordan N was very unprofessional and unhelpful. After rudely informing me of their ridiculous no-sample policy, I ordered a very underwhelming oreo overload ice cream. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with my order and experience.
