We stopped at the store # 042945 again on 11/29/25 drive thru. Our order number was 281 for 2 Burritos with no beans and 1 with just cheese only and 3 soft tacos. I was telling her how we wanted them and she said we only have Buritto Supremes. I had a hard time getting her to understand what I wanted, she spoke very fast and it seemed like her mic was very close to her mouth. She did not give us a receipt showing how much we paid or even thank us for coming to Taco Bell. I consider her rude. We come to this location whenever we want Taco Bell as it is closest to our home. My recent Taco Bell order was overall good but not exceptional. The food arrived fresh, nicely packed, and still warm, which made the meal enjoyable. The Avocado Ranch Crispy Chicken Soft Taco and Cantina Chicken Burrito were flavorful with tender chicken and balanced seasonings. In general there was a time when employees said "thank you" when you used their business. Now, customers need to get on their knees for the privilege of spending their money. I hate that I need to get in dark psychology battles just to get fast food. Don't you people have jobs to do, rather than harassing customers?
