At the drive thru I asked “how big is the flatbread burger” and she quickly responded “I dunno” and I said “neither do I” and after 60 seconds of silence, I drove off. It was a simple question, could’ve told me Buford or hotdog sized etc. ridiculous.

First time having checkers today and let me say it was genuinely the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. You sit in this tiny box and order food. I ordered a triple bacon cheese burger, bacon cheese and ranch fries, mozzarella sticks, and a bonus fry I didn't order but still paid for. First the burger had absolutely no flavor whatsoever to the point that you know you were eating anything if you weren't chewing. It's so bad that if you ordered this for the homeless, I would genuinely judge you. The bun was falling apart the second i picked up the burger as well. Now the cheese fries tast

They completely mess up our order & Charged 20 dollars for one meal. Didn’t give me the receipt but have it in my card statement. She ask me what was my order I told her & wanted to charge me again. I left bc I was not going to keep arguing specifically in front of my child. Never ever returning to that place.
