I used to visit the Metric closer south and saw that they opened another one up north by me! The shop is beautifully designed with plenty of seating. They have large windows open when the weather permits. Bathrooms are so cute. Love the mint green faucet. First time trying this place out during a morning walk. It had very tranquil lighting, lovey plants, cool mid century like pieces, and refreshing atmosphere. The color palette and way they display everything is giving Wes Anderson energy- love it I had ordered a chai latte along with a banana chocolate brioche ( loved the visual, texture, caramel filling, and banana). One of the sleekest cafes in the city! This new concept by Metric coffee gives an amazing space to meet with friends, get some work done, or just relax with good coffee. The space is designed so intentionally with its colors and lighting. I really enjoyed my espresso cream soda alongside some tasty baked goods. Been waiting for this space to open! Love the space and interior decor. There was definite intentionality behind all their design choices! Since I'm local, I arrived at 9:15am on a Thurs morning...one person in line...a few tables open to choose from. Some folks gathered to talk, some working on their laptops.
