The service and atmosphere were good. It was Mother's Day and we arrived at peak time 5:15 ish. I ordered my New York strip "medium" and was served a barely cooked steak that was rare to raw. Your one job is cooking to order. Please don't suggest I should have sent it back. I learned long ago what a mistake that is.

This was the best experience we had with Longhorn Steakhouse. We did have to wait 45 minutes to be seated but it was on a Saturday during dinner rush hour. Definitely worth it!

After many trips across the chain of LongHorn Steakhouse we have had many great experiences. The most recent visit was a swing & a miss. Came in for an late lunch 3pm. Got seated in a dirty busy section with many others, at a booth that was in complete disrepair. To not have any of the drinks or food that nomaly get at LHS. So we sipped our 1 beer and went down the street looking for a better experience.
