I worked in the restaurant industry for nearly a decade and what I witnessed at this Checkers location tonight was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a classic double cheeseburger (printed on receipt) however after unwrapping it found a single burger with no cheese. I went back through the drive through and asked for the correct order. I gave the bag back to the cashier; watched her unwrap my burger and remove the top bun with barehands. If I could rate a 0 I would, the dude at the register was cool but the food was cold and disgusting.. also we asked for a side of sauce and there was literally just a dot of sauce in the plastic cup. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

0/10. At this point, I would've had a better chance catching my own chicken and cooking it myself. My mom, brother, and I stopped here because we needed something quick. Big mistake. The drive-thru had some AI robot taking orders that kept trying to add random food we never asked for. We spent more time arguing with a computer than actually ordering.
