I visited Taco Bell on Friday, June 19th, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I placed a mobile order and waited over 45 minutes for my food. When I politely asked the male manager about my order, he loudly yelled into the dining room, “You have to wait for your orders. If you don’t want to wait, then you can leave without any food!” This was completely unprofessional and upsetting, especially in front of other customers and employees. He was also speaking harshly to the staff, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Management should never treat customers or employees that

I just survived the Taco Bell drive-through, and honestly, I deserve a medal. I pulled in thinking I’d grab “fast food,” but apparently I accidentally signed up for a slow-cooked, character-building experience instead. The line moved so slowly I had time to question all my life choices, watch the car in front of me age, and consider planting crops. By the time I got to the window, I wasn’t even hungry anymore—I had emotionally moved on. I’m pretty sure glaciers move faster than this drive-through. Before the pandemic, it was the best taco around. I'm not a customer who usually complains. Now it's the worst, and this is the second time I've had problems with my tacos. I always order the Supreme, and this time it came without meat and cold. The tacos were literally done grudgingly. I will definitely not be returning, I will not spend my money in this place. I live 7 minutes from this place. I had to heat them up because they were all cold, they used to be hot. How about the presentation?
