I had high hopes for this place and had read many of the reviews which I highly recommend doing as many of the reviews are very thoughtful. With "Paris" in the name I guess I expected more comforting aspects in everything from the coffee to pastries to the atmosphere. Instead, I got more of a very downtown city urban cold type atmosphere that chains often bring.
