I especially loved the plain croissant, chocolate croissant, almond croissant, and raspberry almond croissant. The open kitchen lets you see the bakers preparing fresh items throughout the day, and they constantly restock with freshly baked pastries. Everything tastes fresh, high quality, and delicious. I had high hopes for this place and had read many of the reviews which I highly recommend doing as many of the reviews are very thoughtful. With "Paris" in the name I guess I expected more comforting aspects in everything from the coffee to pastries to the atmosphere. Instead, I got more of a very downtown city urban cold type atmosphere that chains often bring.
