Paris Baguette is one of my favorite spots in Redmond! Located near the downtown park, it offers an incredible variety of fresh pastries, cakes, macarons, breads, sandwiches, and drinks. I especially loved the plain croissant, chocolate croissant, almond croissant, and raspberry almond croissant. The open kitchen lets you see the bakers preparing fresh items throughout the day, and they constantly restock with freshly baked pastries. Everything tastes fresh, high quality, and delicious. I’ve loved Paris Baguette ever since I first tried it in New York, so I was excited to visit this location. Was not for me but it may suit others looking for that commercial chain type morning coffee stop. I had high hopes for this place and had read many of the reviews which I highly recommend doing as many of the reviews are very thoughtful. With "Paris" in the name I guess I expected more comforting aspects in everything from the coffee to pastries to the atmosphere. Instead, I got more of a very downtown city urban cold type atmosphere that chains often bring.
