Fantastic service! I haven’t been to chipotle in years. Me and my husband came in for lunch this after noon. I was looking at the menu deciding what I wanted and was instantly offered samples. I ended up getting something completely different than I thought I was going to. The three women working worked so well together. The communication and seamless helping was awesome. I felt so welcome and taken care of.

I placed an online order at Chipotle that was supposed to be ready for pickup at 7:20 PM. I arrived at the pickup window at 7:19 PM, only to be told my order wasn’t ready because there were “a lot of orders ahead of mine.” I politely asked how much longer and the employee responded, “I don’t know, we have a lot of orders.” I said that was fine and I would wait. Then I was told I had to drive back around through the line because my order still wasn’t ready. I understood there was a car behind me, so I did what they asked. Food is what you expect. It’s fine for what it, if overpriced. But the store is run terribly. The employees seem competent for the most part. But the management in inept. The store opens late regularly(15-20 min late on my experience). Even after opening late they are still doing prep/not set up. 7+ employees visible, 1 making food and running the register while other continue prep work and dishes with a line to the door. This is 100% a management issue. The manager appears to be a fine employee, but absolutely fails to manage anything. I won’t be back to this location. Gave it multiple shots.

A woman gave me and my husband our order at around 1:34pm through the chipotle lane. She was very rude, and didn’t even greet us when received our order. My husband said thank you, and she closed the window without even saying anything back. Management needs to speak to employees on basic mannerisms. If you feel like you don’t owe basic mannerisms, then maybe you shouldn’t work in the food service industry. It’s common sense to SERVE people and be kind.
