I came here to grab breakfast right when they started serving. I was their first guest of the day since I was already staying at the hotel where this restaurant is located in. I decided to go with the breakfast BLT and asked for no guacamole. For the egg I asked for it to be over easy which was my first time ordering it like that. I was surprise by how big the sandwich. Long line up but wait wasn’t too bad. One of the few choices at the New Orleans for breakfast. Excellent service and typical breakfast. Quick with refills and also offer take out coffee when you pay your bill.

The food was good, nothing special but definitely large portions and cooked well. The service took forever to wait on our table, but once our server finally came, she was attentive to our needs. The atmosphere was ok. Not many good choices in the area, but this place will serve your needs, just don’t go if you are in a hurry.

There on 4/12 for dinner. Oxtail soup was very unappealing. Seemed like Swanson beef broth. Lame attempt at adding vegetables. Oxtail was more water logged then meaty. Oxtail should be tender, not a struggle to remove from bone. Wife’s meal wasn’t at good temp. Overall bad experience. Struggled to decide on the $2 tip
