Great service by our waitress, Michelle! Both she and the manager, Denise went over and beyond to locate my grandson’s retainer that accidentally got thrown in the garbage when he left it on the table. We are forever grateful for all their help in retrieving it! Our meals were very well prepared, too! Thank you to Friendly’s for employing such caring employees!!

We were so happy to see that this Friendly's was still open. The grilled cheese and tomato soup was extra melty and the bread was nicely grilled. We missed the cheese crust that they used to have. The fried clams were fresh in the clam platter and we liked the red skin potatoes. The fully loaded waffle fries were yummy. Great comfort food. And of course the sundaes are always the best part. Our server Kyle was very attentive and was very nice. We hope this Friendly's is able to stay open.

Couldn't wait to write a bad review this time. Usually I get great service. I placed an order of 4 ice creams online in restaurant because person behind counter wouldn't let me upgrade to a large from medium so I could get buy one medium get one free medium. After ordering they placed my order in freezer for 5 min not realizing it was mine til i spoke up. When i walked out I noticed no utensils in bag. Then when I came home one of the items in order wasn't made correctly. Very unhappy this time with crew behind counter.
