Very disappointed with Black rock on Broadway I normally don’t leave reviews, but after numerous times going to the one on Broadway because that’s the direction I’m going which I really don’t like to go to the one on Broadway for the fact that every time I order my drink, which is a medium iced IV. I never tend to get the same drink. I purchased this drink every single day so I know how it should taste and look and today was the straw that broke the camels back taste like milk when my drink should taste like espresso rather than being lazy and don’t wanna wait for the espresso to be made but I

Wasn’t able to leave another review through my account but just purchased another drink. Today my coffee costed me $20 instead of my normal $11 For the reason, I have to buy another one from another provider as you can see the same kind of drink. The one from Dutch Bros actually has coffee in it, not filled up with milk. Disappointed in The employees that work at Black rock. On Broadway and Campbell in Tucson, Arizona, don’t go there if you’re a real coffee drinker.

I hope this is the correct location, my husband and I stayed in Tucson for 4 days and as someone who usually makes their own lattes at home, I’m pretty picky about my coffee! Black Rock was the first and ONLY place we went the entire time we stayed there. Their Irish coffee with some white chocolate sauce added is better than another chains coffee that specifically includes that on their menu as a highlight. Thanks so much for making sure I didn’t have caffeine withdrawals. Food was alright but coffee was 👌

Amazing price was great. So 1st time here and they knocked it out of the park.💙 Got irish iced coffee and sausage muffin. Food hot and coffee taste like irish coffee. Not to sweet just the right balance of coffee and oat milk. Love the energy and will be back.
