My daughter was in town from NYC and wanted a Chicago hot dog. She mentioned Superdawg, but I was not about to eat in the car on a 100-degree day - plus the last time I ate there I was disappointed. The guy at the counter was super friendly and the service was accurate and quick. The hot dogs were very good, with my only criticism that the poppy seed bun fell apart. The price was comparable to other hot dog joints or maybe even a little more reasonable. Kudos for their excellent selection of Dr. Brown's canned sodas. Excellent gyro meat. Love ordering the salad with extra meat, extra tzatziki. Fries are thin, which is nice, but don’t seem coated so won’t last long if they’re to go. Diet soda tasted kinda off, not like Pepsi brand at all. The hot dog bun was stable and didn’t fall apart. Friendly staff. Definitely a fun and unique place!
