We were a group of 4 for Wednesday dinner. We didn't have a reservation, but the place is meandering in its rooms so we were fitted in. Three of us prefer vegetarian & this place caters for the meatless as well as the carnivores. My goats cheese (ziegenkase) & dumplings (nudeltaschen) were delicious. My slow cooked beef ribs were not what I expected, but the dish was excellent. 1 big fatty ribs and two melting beef pieces all tender and juicy, with roasted sweet potatoes asparagus and a nice sauce on the side. You had ti squeeze the asparagus centre out of the tough exte
