I have been to so many Tim Hortons and I even worked for timHortons before and NO staff has ever treated me so well like Senara & Miriam have. Everyday I come in they greet me with warm greetings, even their eyes smile at me. At times it’ll be just one or the other working or even both yet even with a line up and frustrated customers they still manage to attend to all customers with kindness and respect and still apologetic for the wait! Which I’m grateful for because no one knows what respect is now-a-days. I want to give special thanks to these women for always making my orders right and fas

I went to this location around 1.30 pm today and team member working there was so good. She was so friendly with customers and was very quick with her service but I noticed manager she was so rude. She was wearing hijab. She was literally humiliating her team member in front of customers instead of helping her to clear up line. Such people should not be hired as managers for sure.Two stars are for that girl who was so kind and serving with smile.

Just like any other good spacious Tim Hortons. The service is fast and effective. The menus are all regular. Good places all around to sit. A busy place overall. I liked it just as much as I did any other Tim Hortons.

Mariam was on her phone for what was clearly a personal call while working, and keeps giving me the wrong milk in my drink. Have had to repeat my order multiple times every time, very unprofessional. Convienent location but this has gotten bad enough that I feel the need to call it out. Manager should look into it. Yet, the other staff members have been absolutely wonderful despite her incompetence.
