Worst customer service ever. The only i asked for is basic salt and pepper and the tim member made a look like i have asked for her property. Also she messed up with my order i asked for lemonade with less ice and they filled half glass of ice in my drink when i asked her to correct she haven’t bothered to make new one she just removed the ice and gave me back and after removing ice my glass was half empty. So i am very disappointed with this tim service. I am regular in this tim i never get this type of service.

Took the loaded wrap and I got a small wrap. When i ask is this a loaded wrap the employee said it has everything in it but every employee has its own way of making it. Please check the picture attached and this of a $9 wrap. Absolutely rubbish.

I placed a mobile order today at 12:47 pm. I reached the store at 12:52 hoping that drink (roasted hazelnut cold brew btw) should be ready but when i went in there was only 1 person and there were like 4-5 people in line. 3 people were doing drive thru orders not caring if anybody is waiting in the store. I was late so I tried asking them but they ignored me like anything. Then , almost at 12:56 I asked the manager to refund me because clearly they were not keep track of the mobile orders Just serving the persons placing order in store. And then she started arguing with me that we can’t refund

I had a very disappointing experience this Tuesday evening near 6 to 8:00 PM . I specifically ordered a vegetarian Cilantro wrap, but instead I was given a chicken wrap. Unfortunately, I realized this only after I had already taken a few bites.As someone who ordered vegetarian food intentionally, this is a serious mistake. It’s not just about taste — it’s about dietary preference and trust. Staff should be more careful while preparing and handing out orders. What made the situation even worse was the response when I went back to complain. Neither the staff nor the manager took my concern serio
