I just wanted to have grilled (warm) bagel with cream cheese in the morning. First of all they force me to use electronical device at the entrence. Once I got my order, I realize it was grilled bagels but many hours ago so it was cold and really not fresh. I asked to fix their mistake and they pretend fix it and they gave me back same thing like they make fun of me. I had already bad experiences earlier but this was really unacceptable. The team working there has no idea about customer satisfaction and service quality. I never recommended there.

It's very strange that while 4-5 people are attending to the car service, there are 10 people queuing inside and no cashiers to help the customers. The cashier lady was grumpy and unhelpful, and seemed very tired the whole time. I didn't expect such slow and indifferent staff from your establishment.

Oh my god , this restaurant is really good and manager over there serves so good to customers. all restaurant is every time neat and clean . I like the coffee and donuts 🍩✌🏽

Never had a issue at this Tim Hortons location :) Service friendly and has some varieties of bakeries there such as donuts , timbits, cookies, etc! The store inside is quite dirty everytime I go there so I always order to go! Aside of that everything is good 👍
