I ordered bagel with hashbrown and tomato but poor service and no tomato bagel i got from drive thru today mar 9 2026 at 7.01am . Why are you charging money if you are not completing the order. I got bagel without Chipotle sauce and without tomato. But i placed order with chipotle and with tomato. Why u charged money and not putting items in the bagel. Bagel was super dry and poor. Two girls at the front was rushing everything.

So, I decided I would give each Tim Hortons a five star review when they get my Mini Egg Bites served to me at the right temperature!!! Why? Because it seems to be a problem for many Tim Hortons to do this. This particular Tim's served the best egg Bites so far. Atmosphere is amazing EXCEPT FOR the loud incessant beeping, totally a bummer and reminds one of being in a hospital environment. This is still a clean comfortable and spacious Tim's, service is great , Kudos Tim Hortons Mountainview.
