Very disappointed with my experience at this location today. I stopped in during my work break and ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes for a grilled cheese and a croissant. By the time I left, I was the last customer waiting despite being one of the first people there. What bothered me most wasn’t even the wait itself. Another customer who ordered after me received her food first. When I asked if my order had gone through, the employee making the food told me that it had, but that she made the other customer’s order first because it was “easier.” I’m sorry, but that’s not acceptable customer

The staff here are always polite and friendly. I'm not sure why, but their breakfast sandwiches taste better than other Tims. The atmosphere isn't great because it's at a gas station, but that's fine if you're just picking up.

This place is by far one of the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to they are the slowest ever they always pour you short on coffees they give you no cream cheese on a bagel. They’re rude people just stop going to this place so it goes under or something the owner is not gonna do anything to fix it. It just keeps getting worse. It’s been getting worse and worse for the last year.
