Here’s a strong, blunt review you can use: I am beyond disgusted with the service at Tim Hortons. As an Orthodox Christian currently fasting for Easter, I specifically ordered my drink with almond milk to avoid dairy and meat products. Instead, they made it with chocolate milk — completely disregarding my clearly stated dietary restriction and breaking my fast. This is not a small mistake. Staff there need to be trained properly. A employee who served me got offended by not listening to how I asked my meal to be prepared and stormed off. I asked for no condiments on my wrap. I said it twice. The third time she stormed off after I told her you need to listen. I told you twice already. Integrating in serving customers with respect has gone down hill. Repect must be restored.
