So after waiting and causing the line to back way up (drive through seemed confused about my mobile order for coffee and chicken soup), I got this....This isn't the chicken noodle soup I used to get. Connor at this location is the sweetest! I ordered through DoorDash and had ordered a boston cream donut along with other items and when my delivery arrived there was a note in my bag that said “we were out of boston creams so i hope a double chocolate is alright instead” and they substituted it for me! As someone who works in customer service and helps with online orders I understand the struggle of inventory and online accuracy! Connor went above and beyond and I appreciate it!! Thank you!

I had good experience with this tims until today morning (Feb 2, 2026) around 5:50 AM when I ordered a medium protein iced latte with no ice in drive thru. I was charged for the medium cup and they gave me coffee cup half empty saying that they can’t add more milk to it. It had something to do with the ratios. The server asked they can add milk if I wanted to and I said yes. And the next moment he said he can’t do it. I have been buying this drink from you guys and even from other locations from months ago and never had any issues. I don’t know if that’s the morning staff who doesn’t know how
