Dark roast double double X2 everyday for 7 years recently they been messing the coffee up more times then they get it right so I switched the coffee from double double to 1 cream 2 sugars and they still mess it up they put more creme than coffee that's one way to run customers away.

This is the top location on Markham Road and I have been ordering from here for almost 10 years. There have been past issues (3-4 times) but upon making contact, they have been accommodating with a solution. Today my Latte was made perfectly and given to me at the drive-thru by an Asian lady with tattoo(s) on her arms. Thank you for making my Latte well, it is so important to those of us who really value our drinks, especially when they are well made!

Server dropped my timbit on the ground. She picked it up with the wrapping paper and threw it in the trash. Then used the same wrapping paper that touched the floor to reach into the fresh tray ,get me another timbit, then put the paper in the bag. This is how people get sick. What kind of trash human behaves like this. Cant wait for dunkin to come back!!!!

I came around 7PM. Lay served me,Amazing service. Love the new biscoff products.They are not too sweet and were very freshly made.
