If I could give zero stars, I would. This has nothing to do with food quality or the store itself. This is about the manager at this location. She clearly should not be in a management position. She is constantly yelling at employees and treating them like absolute garbage, all while customers are present. The employees do not deserve to be treated this way on a daily basis. Having someone so unprofessional and rude running this location reflects poorly on the company as a whole. Someone needs to stand up for the employees, and I will not stop until something is done.

The workers were nice I go and get a soup and wow not even full... Like this is ridiculous how things so expensive and u expect to have ur money's worth but nope

Unfortunately, my experience here has been very uncomfortable a few times due to the manager’s behaviour and I just can’t see myself going again. The first time I assumed it was a bad day but it seems like any time I see her working she’s always being rude to the staff. It makes me really uncomfortable to see employees belittled in front of customers, because it’s almost always worse when no one is there to witness. I don’t want to spend money in places allowing abuse of their team members. It makes me anxious to come in so I can only imagine how the employees feel to share a shift with her.

I stopped getting drinks there because they mess up the vanilla iced coffee or vanilla cold brews everytime. I dont know how they make the iced coffee part, however it tastes off almost everytime. I had a peice of plastic in one of my bagels im guessing from cream cheese container not long ago. And the one lady dosnt need to yell through the Intercom or at the window first thing in the morning...
