I don’t get into Tim Hortons very much but when I stopped in this past Saturday morning it was a lovely experience. The $65 order was completely quickly and they accommodated my additional requests without a problem but what I really liked was watching a bunch of regulars who were greeted by name by the manager. I've been going to this Tim Hortons for the past few years and lately I've been absolutely appalled by the service or lack there of. The "new employees" move like a group of slugs stuck to pavement on a hot day, move with zero urgency, they're not friendly, ignorant, constantly messing up orders, seem to have no idea what they're doing, and throw together the food and drinks like they're blindfolded. We come in almost every day and order the same thing. As soon as the staff sees us, they start making our order with a smile and friendly conversation. This is my favourite Tim Hortons, and the one we always want to go to.

Even during busy times, they handle things with such professionalism and calm, and you can tell they really care about creating a positive experience for their customers.
