Stopped in at Tim Hortons recently and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, service was quick, and my order was made exactly how I asked. Definitely appreciated the good customer service in drive-thru and would come back again, Keep up the good work guys!

Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered an iced protein latte and specifically requested no syrup, only sweeteners. Unfortunately, the drink was made with syrup anyway, completely ignoring my request. On top of that, the cup was not even filled properly, which made it feel like I was getting less than what I paid for. I went again but they made it with regular milk instead of protein milk this time! Ridiculous service! Not all Tim's are alike. Reliable consistency of product quality depends on the owner and good staff. We drive out to Almonte's Tim's for consistently reliable coffees (from Downtown Ottawa). However, this Tim's comes in at 4.5 to 4.75 stars. It's open 24/7 too. Next to Almonte, it's the 2nd best - and the best one inside the city itself (of all of the Tim's we've visited). Note: Lots of the Tim's put out a good coffee - but it just takes one that's 'off' to turn me off. And, I have had some bad coffees. I had a mobile order this evening at this location and after waiting for long time received my order and reaching home when I opened the order there was an item not included in the order. I called the Tim and they said they can give it if I could get back or I can ask them when I go to them tomorrow. The interesting part is that they offered me that they gonna give it to me for free when I ask for it which I have already paid for it.
