I visit this Tim Hortons frequently and the service quality has been consistently disappointing. The food is often not prepared properly. The wrap I received recently looked like everything was just thrown into a tortilla and it wasn’t even grilled properly. The bagel spread was only placed in the centre even though I paid for it, which shows a lack of attention to preparation. What’s frustrating is that staff are quick to try to upsell items but don’t seem to focus on making the food correctly or providing good service. I got a cheddar and roast beef sandwich- bun so hard it was tough to bite, so little beef in the sandwich you couldn't even taste it and was was there was so tough to chew..worse sandwich I have ever had from Tim's. For a newly renovated store..I would not recommend going there.

Service was a bit slow when ordering in the store, but there were plenty of workers on shift that day. Mobile app ordering was smooth. Got my large iced coffee with no issues. Plenty of parking spaces. Drive thru also available.

I usually don't write reviews, but it’s reached a point where something needs to be said. The quality of food and service has declined significantly over the last couple of years. It is pretty rare to receive a greeting from an employee when visiting a store or drive-through. When ordering, their tone and actions suggest that they are even annoyed by your existence. Maybe it’s not what they’re intending, but it’s definitely what their actions are saying. Even when paying, “How you paying?” not even a “Hello, how would you like to pay today.” The last three times I have ordered a bagel of any
