Manpreet Sran★I visit this Tim Hortons frequently and the service quality has been consistently disappointing. The food is often not prepared properly. The wrap I received recently looked like everything was just thrown into a tortilla and it wasn’t even grilled properly. The bagel spread was only placed in the centre even though I paid for it, which shows a lack of attention to preparation. What’s frustrating is that staff are quick to try to upsell items but don’t seem to focus on making the food correctly or providing good service. I hope management looks into improving food preparation and overall ser

It is pretty rare to receive a greeting from an employee when visiting a store or drive-through. When ordering, their tone and actions suggest that they are even annoyed by your existence. Maybe it’s not what they’re intending, but it’s definitely what their actions are saying.
