I Ordered a large coke for $3 and so they gave me a large cup of ice with only a few sips of coke. when I complained to the lady said it was there “standard” and told me to complain to Tim Hortons about the issue. I thought it would be nice to get a refreshing coke and actually enjoy it. The lady I complained to was rude and not understanding of my concern. she seems like she could care less about her customers. all in all I highly recommend you check them out if your interested in getting cups of ice when you order cold drinks 👍

We went in to get breakfast this morning. I ordered an everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese and my wife ordered a double stacked croissant sandwich. When I ordered there was a tray full of everything bagels, but after 15 minutes of waiting while they served door dash and the drive thru they came to me and said they where all out of bagels. When we finally got my replacement food and my wife’s food, they gave my wife a loaded box (not a sandwich) instead of a croissant sandwich. They are completely failing their dine-in customers where by the end of it we don’t even want to be in

Ordered breakfast here today and im not sure what I was expecting...but it wasn't whatever the heck it was I got. My meal was the most minimal effort food service I have had in a long while. For how many people were working there and how quiet it was, I was expecting a little more from this location. Do better guys...

The Coca Cola fizzy drink with cream exploded in my car because the worker over filled it, OR, it’s simply how the drink reacts. And if that is how the drink simply functions, how about don’t serve it? Or revise it? Or put some effort into thinking about your customer’s experience?
