I visited the Cafe in M and S Cheadle today, I will never go back. It was the worst choice for a late lunch. When I arrived all the empty tables had dirty crockery still waiting to be cleared and tables needed wiping. I then had to put my order on a computer which can't be easy for some elderly people. A nice young man did help me. I managed to find a table that was clear but not wiped. There was lots of crumbs under the table and a used paper napkin on the floor. Just visited the M&S cafe, for a hot drink, using our vouchers. Also, ordered a toasted tea cake. When it came, it was so flat; looked like someone had ‘sat on it’. The coffee (Americano) was so weak too; normally, it’s been much richer. We had to travel here to Handforth Dean, as the closest M&S cafe in Congleton (M&S Foodhall) has now sadly closed. Would like to thanks Jay (hope I have got her name coorect), the lady who works in the clothes fitting room. My son needed a new suit and Jay measured, advised and collected multiple sizes/styles for him to try on. Her knowledge and advice was invaluable and made the process an easy and enjoyable experience. Great customer service.

Fruit is best of the supermarkets Meat is the best, better than Waitrose Chicken tastes like chicken It’s worth paying for food shopping here as you know you are eating real food,’ not fake food From from other supermarkets. The only thing that annoys me is the racial profiling. They have got better after I complained to the manger (who is lovely) but it’s still t
