Arrived before 7pm to be greeted by most chairs on the table, no cakes/food on display and the shutter down on the fridge. We ordered drinks and went to sit on the few chairs left out and I’ve heard one staff member saying to the other ‘they had better not sit int he chairs left out’. They proceed to complain about customers coming through the drive through, turned the music off and we were made to feel very uncomfortable which resulted in us leaving. Very disappointing!

Great coffee as always from Starbucks. Everytime I visit the cake counter is empty and either being cleaned or bagged up as I assume the dates are up. Saves my money andy waistline I suppose.

Popped in with a friend for a drink, all the food was taken off display, the roller was down stopping people from purchasing the food. All the chairs were up on the tables and they had cleaned everywhere even though it was 7pm and they don’t shut until 8:30pm. The music was off and overall the environment was just uncomfortable. People were coming in for drinks with no where to sit because all the chairs are up. My friend and I sat down and we could hear one of the workers say I’ve just cleaned over there. Don’t advertise online that you’re open until 8:30pm if you’re going to make customers
