The venue is very dirty and dusty, especially the service area. They have shown some concern about this, but as you can see in the photo, it is not at all pleasant in terms of cleanliness. I have observed this situation repeatedly at this Starbucks location over several weeks. Additionally, the venue needs renovation as everything is very old. We could not enjoy our coffee.

Yosuef I had such a lovely experience today at Starbucks. My dog suddenly jumped up and accidentally knocked over my iced coffee, spilling it all over the floor. But Yosuef, the assistant manager, came straight over with a smile, asked what my drink was, and immediately offered to remake it. He reassured me not to worry at all and said they would take care of cleaning everything up. His kindness, professionalism, and calm attitude completely turned the situation around and made it feel stress-free. Amazing customer service — thank you so much, Yosuef! 🐾😊

The staff members were very nice and friendly. I was there close to their closing time, but there was no negative atmosphere and they were very welcoming. The place and tables were kept very clean. The toilet was clean. It really was one of the best.
