My boyfriend and I visited the restaurant on a Friday evening. We hadn’t made a booking, but fortunately a group reservation didn’t show up (yay) so we were seated with very little wait. Our first impression was simply “wow” — the restaurant is beautiful and feels very upmarket. Everything was spotless, the staff were immaculately presented, and the Christmas décor was perfectly done. We ordered drinks from the bar, where the staff were friendly and easy to chat with. It was also a lovely touch to see the chef come out of the kitchen to personally check how guests were enjoying their meals —
