We had a mocha at Caffè Nero in Manchester city centre for the first time and it was a really nice experience. The mocha was a bit different from other cafes, which made it stand out. The care itself is cozy with a beautiful interior and design. It has two floors and feels very spacious and comfortable. Service was quick and there was no waiting to get a table. We were especially impressed by the wooden decor concept, warm, stylish and inviting. Highly recommended! 😀👍

Caffè Nero – Disappointing Experience I recently picked up two large mochas from Caffè Nero—one for myself and one for a colleague—on the way to work. Unfortunately, the experience left me quite disappointed. The drinks felt unusually light, but I was in a rush and didn’t have time to check properly before leaving the shop. Once I got to the office, I was surprised to find that my cup was less than half full. Despite ordering a large, it wasn’t even close to a small in quantity. We ordered a matcha and a cappuccino, both of which turned out amazing with the atmosphere inside being very cozy and much like other cafe Nero establishments. The service however was a little poor with the barista acting slightly rude towards us but everything else was perfect

We needed a coffee and this was one of the cafés open 7.30 on a Sunday morning. We arrived feeling very jaded but soon discovered that the grim exterior didn't match the warm welcome inside. Freshly baked pastries. Good tea and coffee served in proper cups and mugs. Lovely gentle music played perfect for an early Sunday morning. Highly recommended.
