My favourite coffee spot! Love the branch close to the Metro bank in Reading town centre. The staff are so lovely and friendly and the atmosphere is always wonderful. The menu is also really good with a good selection of sweets treats. I'm always trying out their seasonal hot drinks but my regular favourites are the Caramel Latte Special or the Honey Comb Latte. Can't wait for my next trip!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Caffè Nero this morning. There was a clear sign outside stating the store opens at 7:30 AM. As a regular customer, I arrived at 7:35 AM expecting normal service. Instead, after knocking, a staff member came out and said the store “wasn’t ready to open.” That’s already frustrating—but what followed was completely unacceptable. Another customer politely suggested updating the opening notice to avoid confusion for others. Rather than acknowledging the point, the staff member rudely told him not to come back again.
