I had a great experience at Caffè Nero thanks to Dee and the whole team. The service was genuinely excellent — friendly, professional, and they treated customers with real care and respect. Dee clearly runs the store well, and it shows in how the staff interact with people. The coffee was outstanding too — rich, smooth, and easily one of the best cups I’ve had in a while. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Big credit to Dee and the colleagues for maintaining such a welcoming atmosphere and high standards. I’ll been walking walking 2.2 miles just for my hot chocolate ☕️

I came in today with my mum and had the most amazing experience. Unfortunately I didn’t manage to catch the name of the lady who served us but she had the most beautiful eyeshadow.
